Area of the UAE emirates



The pie graph shows four regions in the UAE by square kilometer. Overall, the total land area is 77,700 with Abu Dhabi the majority, Ajman the minority.
First, Abu Dhabi is the largest of the UAEs parts and covers around 67,340 square kilometers, which is over half of the total land area. Second in size is Dubai, which encomia passes 5.0 percent of the country. The other three parts Sharjah, RAK and Fujairah are much smaller than either Abu Dhabi or Dubai. They have areas of 2,590 square kilometers, 1,684 square kilometers and 1,165 square kilometers respectively. Together they make up only 7 percent of the UAE. Also, Umm Al Quain and Ajman are the much smaller in the UAE.
In summary, Abu Dhabi is the largest region in the UAE with an area almost double that of Dubai, Umm Al Quain and Ajman are significantly smaller than the other seven emirates.
